Mrs. Welch came to North Las Vegas Care Center to receive therapy following a lumbar fracture and stroke with left sided weakness. Combined with other medical conditions, Mrs. Welch was dependent on staff for transfers and ambulation. Working closely with the facility’s dedicated physicians, nurses, and therapy team on a personalized treatment plan, Mrs. Welch has regained her strength, balance, and endurance.

 We are thrilled to share that Mrs. Welch’s hard work has paid off.  She is now walking independently with a walking aid and completing other daily tasks without assistance. We are delighted to announce that Mrs. Welch has developed friendships with other residents and actively participates in activities offered daily.  She is on her journey to return home soon.
